Tracey had email correspondence with my wife so that we had the rough idea on what to expect before setting our foot in the dealership. JP was our salesperson. He's very courteous and patient, most importantly JP was technically knowledgeable even though he had only been with Bob Baker Subaru for a few months. Both my wife and I never felt any pressure to purchase anything. The entire buying process was completely hassle-free. Before we drove the new car out of the park lot, JP walked though all the features in the Forester. Since the deal was completed, we told him that before coming to Bob Baker Subaru in Carlsbad, we already had a solid offer from a different dealership that was a couple hundred dollars lower than the price we got at Bob Baker's, however we decided to go with Bob Baker's because the superb customer service we had received from JP and Tracey.
