Bryan had promised to go over the operations of the vehicle for me whenever we returned so I reminded them at the service department that I expected this to happen when we returned for the vehicle. At 5:00 pm the Forester was ready for us, but no one had informed Bryan of my request. He was in the middle of a sales conference with another buyer. I was disappointed but understood the importance of a sale. Bryan was considerate enough to give me 10 minutes to keep his promise and I took my Forester home ready to drive. I really appreciate Bryan's thoughtfulness and ability to juggle his time for me even after the people at the service department had not delivered the message and I had not called him personally to let him know that I would be coming in at that time.
