Their quote was the most competitive by a significant amount. I went into the dealer to further discuss a purchase and worked with showroom sales - they were great - pleasant, knew th car well, patiently answered all of my questions, honored the e-quote I was provided and helped expedite the transaction process. They set a high bar and I definitely recommend them! More

Just purchased a 2018 Tiguan Ryan was very knowledgeable and patient. We started with Subaru models but realized they weren’t what we needed. Ryan suggested VW. Great Experience with John & Bailey John and Bailey made me feel like I could trust them. I had just been to another dealership where I felt I was being cheated and that games were bein John and Bailey made me feel like I could trust them. I had just been to another dealership where I felt I was being cheated and that games were being played. At Bob Baker Subaru I named my price, they named theirs and a deal was made. Pricing was up front and honest with no hidden fees. The staff did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable while the paperwork was being handled. I had my 6-week-old infant with me and even he found the process smooth! At the end, they even helped me unload my car seat and stroller so I could take the new car home. Thank you guys! This was our 2nd visit to Bob Baker Subaru, and I have to say, Hugh's attention, customer service, follow through, and time spent was the reason for the high rating. I only say 4 because our 1st visit resulted in a promise of a call back from a salesperson other than Hugh to call us once they get the car we came to see in, but this never happened. Huge erased that entirely, and negotiated a trade with another dealer to get us the car, and even drove there himself to get it for us. More

Christy not only guided Celia and John to their jewel, she found them something even surpassing their lofty expectations. The Bartholomews were grateful for Christy's amazing prowess (and restaurant reviews-glad she had finally heeded the ominous insect warning-if not a little late), and would certainly share her identity with anyone they might come across looking for a gem to add to their fleet!
