We chose a car that was in the storage lot so the process took about 4 hours, partly because the car needed to have its shipping wrap removed and be detailed. More

Warranty issue for a 2018 Canadian Outback Jamie Wiest and Tanner Knapp went to the wall and moved a mountain to ensure that my back-up camera, navigation, radio, and Bluetooth (Star Link) issu Jamie Wiest and Tanner Knapp went to the wall and moved a mountain to ensure that my back-up camera, navigation, radio, and Bluetooth (Star Link) issues were resolved under warranty. The Outback is a Canadian bought car and the necessary replacement part had to be expeditiously shipped from Canada. Jamie Wiest had to coordinate and work with Subaru America and Subaru Canada to ensure timely servicing of my vehicle before my return to Canada. Tanner Knapp professionally attended to my needs when I first brought the Outback into Bob Baker Subaru with the Star Link issue, and on the day when I brought the Outback in for the warranty service. Jamie and Tanner provided timely phone communication while certain issues involving Subaru Canada and Subaru America were being resolved. More
