She did, so we contacted Joshua Perry, got a quick response, and we came up that weekend. I didn't plan on taking any action during this visit. We just wanted to kkow numbers and set expectations for future decisions. Well, Josh was very friendly, knowledgeable, understanding, not pushy, and he let me go off-roading in the Ascent! We discussed numbers, my situation, thoughts, and feelings and he got me andeal inwas comfortable (and happy) with. He was not salesman-like. No real pressure. We just had honest discussions and I was very comfortable working with him, even when my husband was not able to sit down with us during the negotiations. The paperwork was done pretty quickly (we have had to wait half an hour at Kearny Mesa when we were the only customers at 9pm.....twice). The person who did the paperwork for me (sorry, I forgot the name!!) was also very friendly and not pushy about the add-on options. Loved our experience. Worth the drive and our time. Love the car. More

Thank you to Hugh and Bob Baker Subaru for making it so easy About two months ago I was considering the new Subaru Ascent as a future purchase and walked on to the Bob Baker Lot hesitant to "deal" with Car Sales About two months ago I was considering the new Subaru Ascent as a future purchase and walked on to the Bob Baker Lot hesitant to "deal" with Car Salesman. I was SO very lucky to have found Hugh who not only was kind and patient with me, he really heard me when I said I wasn't ready at that time to buy, but wanted to know more about the new Ascent. We went on a test drive, he explained the car head to toe to me. So It was a no brainer yesterday when I was ready to go back and buy the vehicle, I contacted Hugh and let him know I was ready who met me and went over three different models and drove me to three different storage lots so I could find exactly what I was looking for. In the middle of doing this Hugh was kind enough to meet us out at the last lot again so that my Husband who had just left work could meet us out at the lot Hugh lined the two cars up I was trying to decided side on and let us go over the cars. Needless to say, I am VERY Happy, I highly suggest if you are going to Bob Baker you ask for Hugh (are you hearing me ladies, he was kind, patient, thorough and not pushy at all!!).
