Good experience Car was in for recall and regular service. I asked to take one of the shuttles home as soon as it returned. I would have used Uber when I turned over my car if I knew I had to wait that long. An update would have helped. More annoying, was being called ‘honey’ and ‘sweetie’ by my young service agent. I’m fine with him forgetting my name, and/or calling me by my first name. I don’t need formality. This was weird. More

Bob Baker Subaru Service Dept. gets an A I arrived 5 minutes early for my appt. and was taken straight in to do paperwork with JP. He was very efficient and courteous.
