The fact that the whole process depends upon a dot matrix printer is a bit of evidence of just how desperately this process needs to be modernized. Tear it down, start with a clean slate, and build a process that takes advantage of 21st century documentation management. Your customers will sing your praises! All of that said, Jason was fantastic! He did everything humanly possible to make the existing process as painless as possible. He was helpful, informative, and made sure that we were comfortable with every step. More
