One dealership negative is the lack of ample customer parking - I was lucky to find on street parking. More

I waited all year for the first oil change to get that trim fixed so I wouldn't have to make an extra trip. The service attendant told me "yes, I will get the body shop to look at that". But when I picked up the car it was not fixed, the attendant was not around, and there is nothing in the report about it. End of the world? No. Aggravating? Yes. Apparently I get to return it again after all. More

Always amazing service Carlsbad service center is always very quick to get me in when I feel concerned about something and they drop me off at work. I have to wait to talk to someone and wait to get scheduled and once I’m on the schedule for next week I come in and have to wait for someone to come back to the counter. I found out that he was one of the service advisers. My Perez went and explained everything. He was extremely helpful and attentive and a true customer service man.
