Had a scheduled appointment with service. Dropped my car off and found out hours later that you were out of transmission fluid so the work was not completed. Big hassle to be without a car for the day and then to find out I have to come back because you didn't know how much transmission fluid you had on hand is very annoying. I was also told my cat would be washed and it wasn't. Felt let down. More

The car we actually bought was advertised as having “automatic transmission” which I downloaded…but now text is blocked! This car does not have automatic transmission!
