Their service department doesn't seem to know much about the cars they sell, I asked the recommended technician if they could set the interiour lights to they did not come on when I hit the unlock button. They told me it couldn't be done. Turns out it can be done, and the instructions are in the 400+ page owner's manual. Discovered that by accident. The manual was clearly written by someone who was intentionally trying to aggravate the reader. Other than that, the sales people were pretty good. More

Great smiles and greetings. When I picked up my washed car there was a spider web on the turn signal by the steering wheel, my car was there for 4 days. John was concerned and attentive, I appreciated that. It was the Friday of memorial day weekend at 445 pm so I get it but quality of service should be all the time. Yuri was great. He respectfully negotiated a deal with us.. I feel he remained fair, honest, and knowledgeable.. Christy worked with us on the finance part..similarly she was a pleasure and extremely knowledgeable.. My only ask, would be for the 2 to work together with you.. we spent so much time getting to a favorable deal with Yuri.. a number in mind that felt comfortable.. but then once you add in all the finance, tax and options.. the number you felt that you had agreed upon is far off.. next time I would prefer to see the real bottom line, from finance before I agree on the terms.. I will plan to spend all day, bring a meal with me and understand that I might want to start over a few times before I get the deal I really really want… Not at all a negative on Yuri nor Christy. They were both kind and pro.. I personally don’t enjoy sales nor negotiating..None of this would prevent me from recommending Bob Baker😃 I love my new car, am proud to own a Subaru. I plan to spend many years in this car.. Thank you! More
Kevin checked me in for my appointment as my original service advisor was dealing with another customer. He instructed me where to move my vehicle while he notified the advisor of my arrival. Kevin then service advisor was dealing with another customer. He instructed me where to move my vehicle while he notified the advisor of my arrival. Kevin then returned, let me know that he would assist me as the advisor was still engaged with the other customer. Kevin was a model employee, in that he displayed courtesy, professionalism And excellent customer service. I felt like a valued customer, dealing with someone who obviously liked his job and employer. More
