Customer service at the front desk was friendly. My car was completed but still took about 30 minutes to get me the keys to the car after already waiting 2 hours. When I finally got the car, they cl My car was completed but still took about 30 minutes to get me the keys to the car after already waiting 2 hours. When I finally got the car, they cleaned the car, but it looked like a rushed job. Still had a little bird poop hanging out on the rear window. Overall, still recommend the service. This was the first time I didn't give 5 stars for the service. Under new ownership so I'll give them a break and say this is a one off. More

Excellent Experience! Tom Marotto, the service manager at Bob Baker Mazda Carlsbad, has a motto,”we want our customers to be happy.” I found out he backs up his claim. To Tom Marotto, the service manager at Bob Baker Mazda Carlsbad, has a motto,”we want our customers to be happy.” I found out he backs up his claim. Tom listened when I contacted him about a concern I had with my car and he made sure it was fixed quickly and in the right way. My car came back to me in tip-top shape. Tom’s service people are friendly and efficient. All in all, my experience at Bob Baker Mazda Carlsbad was a very good one. I would not hesitate to service my car there again. Thanks, Tom! More
