The Internet sales team was amazing. Honest, straight forward, no old school dealer games or attitude. Having dealt with two other dealerships before going to Bob Baker, I was NOT looking forward to dealing with the salesperson, but I was pleasantly surprised when Paul Galindo, Director of the Internet/Flee Bob Baker, I was NOT looking forward to dealing with the salesperson, but I was pleasantly surprised when Paul Galindo, Director of the Internet/Fleet Sales Department, treated me with the utmost respect and actually listened to my needs and wants in a used vehicle. The other dealerships (I won't name them) constantly interrupted me, didn't listen to what I wanted, and what really irked me was that they treated my significant other as if HE was the customer and not me. Paul did the exact opposite. If you want a no-nonsense sales experience, I highly recommend Bob Baker. More

Wife purchased her new car with Bob Baker Mazda. What very pleasant surprise this was and one of the most pain free experiences I have had with a sales guy. Shane Miller in internet sales was very easy t very pleasant surprise this was and one of the most pain free experiences I have had with a sales guy. Shane Miller in internet sales was very easy to work with, good honest guy, and I would recommend him to anyone. We agreed with a set price beforehand and sure enough we purchased the car at that exact price. I purchased a 2012 Mazda 3 S Touring (Mid Year Edition) in the color my wife wanted with all the features she wanted. My wife couldn t have been more happy the way the purchase of the car turned out. I drove out of my way from L.A. and it was worth it. Highly recommended! A+++ More
