Ren is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me get into this amazing car. It's only been a few days and I'm already in love with it. Ren is the first and only car sales professional to make me promise to come back after having the car for a few days to get a one on one lesson from him about all of the bells and whistles. Such an ingenious idea since I will be sure to have questions about certain items only after driving the car for a while. If you want a new Mazda go to Bob Baker and ask for Ren Smith, he won't let you down! I would be remiss if I didn't comment about Mike Lauzan in finance. Mike is amazing - I have NEVER gotten through the tedious task of "sign here, sign there, initial this, initial that" faster than I did with Mike. The best buying experience ever. I recently applied to several local Mazda dealers online for a quote on a new Mazda CX5 Grand Touring and while I received an email from all of them, I recently applied to several local Mazda dealers online for a quote on a new Mazda CX5 Grand Touring and while I received an email from all of them, Don and the Ren (Reynold Smith) from Bob Baker Mazda were the only ones that followed up, with Ren helping me to schedule a test drive that same day, a Friday evening, even though it was a 40 minute drive from downtown San Diego to Carlsbad. The entire team was great.. from the service manager, who was getting ready to leave but helped them locate, put the fuses in and pull the protective wrapping off the hood, top and wheels, to the detail guys that stayed late to fully prep my car, which was fresh off the truck. But Ren was amazing and went above and beyond helping me to get the deal I wanted, staying until almost 11:00 pointing out all of the finer features on the vehicle before I drove off the lot. Absolutely the best! I love my new CX5 and would recommend Ren and Bob Baker Mazda to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Zoom Zoom More
