Customer service at the front desk was friendly. My car was completed but still took about 30 minutes to get me the keys to the car after already waiting 2 hours. When I finally got the car, they cleaned the car, but it looked like a rushed job. Still had a little bird poop hanging out on the rear window. Overall, still recommend the service. This was the first time I didn't give 5 stars for the service. Under new ownership so I'll give them a break and say this is a one off. More

What a nightmare, but thanks to the Bob Baker Mazda team, they helped with the value of the stolen car and set her up in a new car. Ask for Marcos. He is the best! He is fantastic and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Tom, the service manager, and his team not only provide excellent service, and they know their stuff. This was by far the best dealership I have worked with (it was efficient and made sure that everything was covered at the best price in town. I recommend anyone to go see them. Robert Koens More
