I've been taking my car to Autonation Mazda (formerly Bob Baker) for several years. Their level of customer service has always been outstanding. He contacted me twice after I dropped off my car to let me know what would take place and the approximate cost. The assigned service technician always provides a video to let the customer know exactly what work has been done. It's a great tool. The young man (sorry, forgot his name) who handled my payment was friendly with a nice sense of humor. One gets the feeling the folks actually enjoy working there. What a treat! I highly recommend Autonation Mazda and will continue taking my car there for service. More

While i had my car serviced the dealership droped me off at the outlet center . I got the call that my car was done. I tried calling for over a hour to get back to pick up my car. Nobody would pick up the at the outlet center . I got the call that my car was done. I tried calling for over a hour to get back to pick up my car. Nobody would pick up the phone to get a ride back from the shuttle. When we finally got back the service tech admitted that he saw our number come across his phone but said he was busy on the phone with someone, so didn’t pick up . There was at least three other people working that day . I don't know why he didn't have someone else send a shuttle back to us . At least the service was done but just a overall frustrating day. More
