Salesperson and General Manager were both very friendly, informative and helpful. Once it left their hands, the process became very cumbersome. The new, but Autonation experienced, finance person was struggling with a new system. And, no one was well versed with the registration process of including the HOV sticker....while waiting for the finance paper process, I was able to look up, complete and print out the application to be submitted with the registration process. Additionally, no one knew or understood how Mazda was handling the federal EV rebate process (some manufacturers are building it into lease rates, others are passing to the consumer, yet others are retaining it themselves...was not able to obtain a striaght understanding from the finance team.) Overall, the process was long, but fine. Seems like the transition to Autonation and the generally enthusiasm of the staff about that is lackluster at best. More
