Recently my wife and I visited the Mazda AutoNation dealership in Carlsbad looking for a vehicle for our grand daughter. We were fortunate to have salesperson Arian Ghaderi meet us in the used car lot dealership in Carlsbad looking for a vehicle for our grand daughter. We were fortunate to have salesperson Arian Ghaderi meet us in the used car lot. Arian showed us a number of vehicles that came close to meeting our requirements. Unfortunately, there was no perfect match. Through his persistence and dedication in trying to locate for us the vehicle we were hoping to find, he was able to locate one in Irvine CA. He proceeded to drive to Irvine and bring the car to us. It was exactly what we wanted. Working with the entire Mazda staff, from Arian, to Austin to Hassan Golandam, we were able to purchase the vehicle and add a vehicle protection plan. Because the vehicle will be registered in WA state, they made arrangements to have the vehicle transported to our home in Richland WA. My wife and I were handed a pamphlet for our documents that stated, The right price, The right place; a great way to express our purchase experience. More

Used vehicle showed Pre-owned inspection was done. Front brakes were missed, metal to metal after three drives. To my surprise when I did my inspection to find the inner front brake pads were not safe at any speed. I’m retired from the auto collision industry, work on my own vehicles and was ASE and I-Car certified. This could have been very Serious. If I had to make an emergency stop, the brakes would’ve failed. Make sure if you buy a used vehicle have your own inspection done, and make sure they remove the wheels for the brake inspection. More
