This dealership was great because they let me and my family test drive the car I wanted ourselves, and offered plenty of help. Juan Bello was an excellent salesman and was not pushy like many workers at other dealerships. He also seemed to try his best to search if the car I wanted was at a different Hyundai dealership. Overall he was an awesome worker, give the boy a promotion. The only complaint I have about the dealership as a whole was that towards the end of my purchase, a man came out of one office to tell me that there was miscommunication in the selling price set up for the car I was buying and that it was supposed to be about a thousand dollars higher. I didn't appreciate that but they sold it to me for the original price as promised. Dealership games all feel sneaky and greedy so I appreciate that this dealership was the LEAST sneaky compared to all the others I went to. Will totally buy from here again. Also other than the car sale, the warranty offered and customer service afterwards has been super wonderful. Thanks. More

The service department is horrible. STAY AWAY! They told me everytime I called, "I'll call you with an update"...never called me, not once! It was like dealing with the Mafia. I own 2 STAY AWAY! I own 2 Hyundai's and will not buy another one unless I move to an area where there's a professional dealer service center. BTW, go to their website today and try to schedule an appointment for a new car under warranty where the check engine light is on...the 1st available date is a month from now! OK, so call them, good luck reaching anyone who will help you. I was charged over $200 and week later the engine light was back on. Knowing that I would be abused by their customer "service" rep and ignored by their new service manager, I have moved on. Too bad their poor service has caused me to change my plan of purchasing a 3rd Hyundai. More

This was my first time buying a car and it was the best experience I could have asked for! Ash was super helpful with helping me find my car and Justin during all the financial paperwork did an amazing job experience I could have asked for!
