We had one of best car buying experiences of our life! Jordan was the best! We have never had any salesman go over every aspect of the car before, we now know how EVERYTHING works! Went in for oil change with appointment. Pulled in to service lane and nobody came out to meet me as before when it used to be bob baker hyundai. Anyway, went inside to find someone to check me in. Got my quote of about 100 dollars for oil change. Plus I asked about the the steering lock as part of the recall that came up on my car which should be free. After they were done they billed me for 122 dollars! Looking at the receipt there was no multi point inspection done even though the service advisor said they will do it! They just changed the oil, oil filter, and checked my tire pressure. There was also labor charge of about 20 dollars for just putting the unopened steering lock on the seat of my car! Ridiculous! Never going there again! More
