From the moment we stepped onto the lot, we were impressed by the dealership's atmosphere. Their inventory was stunning, with a wide variety of impeccably clean cars. This made browsing a breeze, and my wife and I never felt pressured by the sales staff which included Rob, Jay, Jordan, Steven and of course Adam, our salesman who assisted us, who was a major factor in our positive experience. He was incredibly friendly, approachable, and went the extra mile to answer all of our questions. His extensive knowledge about the cars on the lot was impressive, and he was able to guide us towards the perfect vehicle for our needs. What a pain this dealer has become. They low-balled my trade in vehicle so I purchased elsewhere.
