Auto Nation's acquisition of this dealer may enhance the experience. It is understaffed, and the location is too small to take care of customers in a timely manner. My wait for basic service included in my experience. It is understaffed, and the location is too small to take care of customers in a timely manner. My wait for basic service included in my purchase was over 60 days. Hyundai should offer to update the map software for free on every service. Hyundai's map software must be downloaded, and the customer must leave the car on for an hour to update. If this were a customer appreciation offer for doing business with auto nation, it would put them ahead of their competition. More
Had an appointment with the service department. Listened to other people complaining while in line. Then sat in the waiting room while the receptionist kept apologizing to people on the phone for Listened to other people complaining while in line. Finally was told the part needed was not in stock, would be given an estimate of the cost of repair. That took over an hour as two people had to give input (one for the part, the other for the labor. All in all I was there from 7AM to 4 PM. Long day. More
The Auto Nation team worked with me for more than a week until I found the right car at the price that fit my budget. In fact have spent time with me to learn all about this cars features. First time I have had a car that is smarter than I am. Ruby is a beautiful red that all my friends admire. I traded my Elantra for a Tucson for the comfort and smooth ride. And she is a dream to drive. Still learning all the safety features and most enjoying the smart cruise control. I drove the car home on hwy 15 recently in traffic and was simply amazed and still am at how that works. When it first happened and the car in front of me slowed down, so did Ruby!! wow! Enjoying that very much. And plan to have her serviced at Auto Nation as well. Very happy with my new Tucson! The ride is as good as my friends Lexus SUV and 1/2 the price! Thanks Auto Nation! More
I received by USPS a recall notification regarding the "Anti-Theft Software Upgrade. The instructions in the notification were well-written. I found the exact car I wanted right away. The buying process at Autonation was smooth, non-hassle. I didn't have constantly calling me or pushing me to buy the car right away. Tyler the salesman was able to answer my questions and concerns right a I didn't have constantly calling me or pushing me to buy the car right away. Tyler the salesman was able to answer my questions and concerns right away. The car is great and was everything i thought i would be. I am very satisfied. The only the reason i am giving 4 stars because i am having issues with voice command in the car which hopefully will get resolved soon.Probably a software update issue,i would given 5 star if it wasnt for that small issue.
