My Service advisor Danny Vega was awesome. Came in for a warranty recall to make an appointment. He was on his lunch break at the time and no one else was in the office. I have never been so frustrated and embarrassed in my life!! I decided to purchase our leased Jeep Wrangler and I did everything from my part and Autonation was supposed to take care of everything and li life!! I decided to purchase our leased Jeep Wrangler and I did everything from my part and Autonation was supposed to take care of everything and liquidate the leasing deal with Jeep Chrysler finance and I have been harassed since then by Chrysler every single day with phone calls, text messages and emails that I should return my vehicle immediately and now a debt collector started harassing me. I went to the dealer three times in person already and spoken to Alex the Sales Manager and it has not been resolved yet. At the same time I've purchased a new BMW with Autonation and what a huge difference in professionalism in the same group. Shame on you Autonation Chrysler Dodge Jeep!! So far my experience has been terrible and it has been over a month already and this is still pending. Shame on you!! More
