I discovered issues with my vehicle one week prior to the end of the manufacturer-backed extended warranty program. I was concerned that my warranty program would lapse over the Labor Day weekend before the end of the manufacturer-backed extended warranty program. Service department was very disappointing. I could not get through on the automated phone system so I had to drive to the service center to get information.
