The employees at the service shop were very friendly however, it’s way too backed up leaving individuals still under manufacturer warranty, or even extended warranty waiting an excessive amount of time. however, it’s way too backed up leaving individuals still under manufacturer warranty, or even extended warranty waiting an excessive amount of time. A person should not have to wait 2 to 6 weeks to have a diagnostic performed. Keeping a car for a while for service is understandable but simply waiting just for the first step of a diagnosis should be done promptly. More
Danny Vega and the service techs at the Truck shop were awesome. Had my Dodge in for the parking engagement recall. I left the dealership with issues (A we-owe list) on a brand new vehicle. A month later they are still not fixed. I have not been able to talk to a service advisor, service manager or GM to date. I also now have new issues. This is the the worst Customer care I’ve ever had, and this is with a “New” vehicle. More
