Called to have my 2010 Jeep Wrangler transfer case shift cable fixed and was told they do not have the tools to fix a vehicle that old. Called Carlsbad Dodge to make an appointment for maintenance on my truck in mid-May, was told that there would be no appointments until June 1st. I then stopped by the dealership maintenance departm maintenance on my truck in mid-May, was told that there would be no appointments until June 1st. I then stopped by the dealership maintenance department June 5th, and they weren't organized enough to be able to help me with my problems. However, I asked them to give me a price to replace two of my fobs(Ignition keys)for my three-quarter ton dodge they quoted me a price of $750 for two fobs and then to program it. I told them that I would need to verify the prices that they quoted me at other dodge dealers. I was just looking to be treated fairly, however with further discussions I found out that automation has raised their prices across the board and are actually not really competitive with other dealers. Fixed my car on time as promised, everyone polite and friendly, but a souvenir attached to my key fob magically disappeared during the process.... my mailbox key didn't "fall off" but my brass US Navy so friendly, but a souvenir attached to my key fob magically disappeared during the process.... my mailbox key didn't "fall off" but my brass US Navy souvenir coin vanished... was told "sorry, we will look around for ya" somebody got sticky fingers there ...
