Went in for first oil change of my new Pacifica. It was easy to make the appointment and was pleasantly surprised the pricing was very reasonable. I went in to have an oil change, a tire rotation, and have the radio antenna replaced. I waited for 4 hours. I had made an appointment on line, they had no record of it. This dealership was great at ensuring customer satisfaction, vehicle is maintained properly, and doing the best with the least. Unfortunately, the dealership was extremely short staffed when I arr satisfaction, vehicle is maintained properly, and doing the best with the least.
