Autonation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Carlsbad

I have never been so frustrated and embarrassed in my life!! I decided to purchase our leased Jeep Wrangler and I did everything from my part and Autonation was supposed to take care of everything and li life!! I decided to purchase our leased Jeep Wrangler and I did everything from my part and Autonation was supposed to take care of everything and liquidate the leasing deal with Jeep Chrysler finance and I have been harassed since then by Chrysler every single day with phone calls, text messages and emails that I should return my vehicle immediately and now a debt collector started harassing me. I went to the dealer three times in person already and spoken to Alex the Sales Manager and it has not been resolved yet. At the same time I've purchased a new BMW with Autonation and what a huge difference in professionalism in the same group. Shame on you Autonation Chrysler Dodge Jeep!! So far my experience has been terrible and it has been over a month already and this is still pending. Shame on you!! More

Was difficult to get Sales to get back to me. Finally did. Sales experience was good. Since, My wife was riding front noticed a nickel sized chip/spidercrack in windshield RHS rear viewmirror.
