I recently had an amazing experience with the service department for my RAM truck. Representative Danny went above and beyond by reaching out in advance to confirm the correct address for the truck drop- department for my RAM truck. Representative Danny went above and beyond by reaching out in advance to confirm the correct address for the truck drop-off location. The maintenance was performed as scheduled, quickly, and efficiently. Throughout the process, the communication was exceptional. I received texts, updates, and pictures, which clearly outlined what maintenance was needed. It made me feel very informed and confident in the work being done. To top it off, they provided a taxi ride for me while my truck was being serviced, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, it was an awesome experience from start to finish, and I highly recommend this location for anyone needing service on their RAM truck. Unexpectedly had to schedule my Fiat 500 Abarth for a TPMS System recall. Scheduled service and it was completed with no further issues. Only down side that the number of Fiat dealerships in San Diego Co TPMS System recall. Scheduled service and it was completed with no further issues.
