I have purchased many cars over the years, two Lincolns, one Toyotas, three Dodges and four Cadillacs (where I was treated like a queen, back in the day), but I liked my Durango and kept my 2003 Dodge the longest. Rex was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I live in north Orange County where I have many choices for a Dodge Dealer. Rex Allen-Baines at Bob Baker Dodge made me the best deal and my conversations with him instilled such confidence that I would be dealt with fairly, that I chose to drive 80 miles from Yorba Linda to Carlsbad on Memorial Day Weekend to buy my NEW Durango. Rex was not supposed to be working last weekend but he met me at the dealership on the day I asked, and had everything ready. I was in and out of the dealership in a very reasonable time frame. More
