After we took ownership of our minivan, Hector helped us with retrieving a license plate frame from our trade-in that was special to us and he also researched a part that we thought was missing on our new van. We never felt these two requests were a bother to him and he did these with a great attitude. We appreciate this kind of follow through and thoughtfulness. When we were in the middle of deciding on the minivan, we called Hector to ask him to take a picture of the third row seat folded down. He was with another customer. Hector’s co-worker was kind enough to take a picture and send it to us. Who does that for their co-worker? He deserves a lot of kudos as well. Great dealership!
