Sales & Service - Going the Extra Mile for Customers When I arrived at the dealership, I was ready to get my new 2016 300C. I had the window sticker from my 2013 300C and told the staff I wanted to get When I arrived at the dealership, I was ready to get my new 2016 300C. I had the window sticker from my 2013 300C and told the staff I wanted to get the same exact car. They said they'd be in touch. Shortly thereafter, I got a nice email from Doug Wilson, the dealership's Fleet Manager. He immediately started addressing all my questions in email, saving me a lot of time. He even provided quotes, ordering timeframes etc. Doug couldn't have been more responsive and was always prompt and thorough in responding to my questions -everything from vehicle features to leasing options. Then, when I came to the dealership to order my vehicle, Doug was just as nice, trying to help me get the best deal possible. The car arrived, and Doug took the time AFTER THE SALE, to help me figure out all the quirks and idiosyncrasies of the UCONNECT system, which still has a few software bugs in it that UCONNECT needs to figure out. To this day, now almost two months since I took delivery of the vehicle, Doug has always been available to help me with any issues. I had to drop off the car to the service dept. when the UCONNECT problems, e.g. the ASSIST button would not operate or work at all. Everyone was helpful in the service dept, especially Kevin. However, all these UCONNECT issues could have been resolved more efficiently had I known to call UCONNECT directly the minute I got the car, and started getting answers to the app problems. Overall I really appreciated the personalized attention I received from Doug Wilson and the service team at the dealership. I'm looking forward to a long-term relationship thanks to their hard work and dedication. More
