Hector helped identify a Ram that would meet my wants plus my price range. After the test drive, Hector helped me realize that this was the truck for me and that I should take advantage of the end of the month and possibly a better deal then if waited a few days. Hector mediated a good deal for me and I was very happy with the truck buying experience. Good purchasing experience Hector was a joy to work with. He was very personable. We found him very patient when we took a lot of time to analyze the different minivans and th Hector was a joy to work with. He was very personable. We found him very patient when we took a lot of time to analyze the different minivans and their aspects. We never felt pressured by him. After we took ownership of our minivan, Hector helped us with retrieving a license plate frame from our trade-in that was special to us and he also researched a part that we thought was missing on our new van. We never felt these two requests were a bother to him and he did these with a great attitude. We appreciate this kind of follow through and thoughtfulness. When we were in the middle of deciding on the minivan, we called Hector to ask him to take a picture of the third row seat folded down. He was with another customer. Hector’s co-worker was kind enough to take a picture and send it to us. Who does that for their co-worker? He deserves a lot of kudos as well. Great dealership!
