My oil change was great. Dropped off car had detailing done as well. The staff was great met me at the door and knew what my name was took car in quickly no fuss no problem. Rotated the tires and changed my air filter in the cabin. the service was great! The tech even followed up with me to make sure that I as satisfied as possible. It's disappointing. I used their online scheduler to book an oil change, multi-point inspection and automatic transmission service. The scheduling app quoted me about $330 in total cost. When I arrived, Josh told me the scheduler gives out bad (wrong) amounts. He then gave me an estimate of $524. I accepted the estimate and told Josh that I had received an online promotion coupon for 15% off the cost of my service. He told me he didn't need to see it, and that it would be applied once the service was completed. Later, Josh told me the service was done and the total came to $430. I asked if this inluded my service discount, and he told me it did. Not having a reason to question the amount I paid the bill and left. At home : I reviewed the invoice and could not find where any discount had been applied to the amount charged for my services. I checked under the hood and noted some handprints confirming service staff had touched several engine components. However, the power steering fluid reservoir (readily visible) showed no signs of attention: the fluid level was showing as below minimum level. I had to ask myself why a multi-point inspection didn't see and correct the fluid level? Here's what I think needs to be done better: > fix the scheduler estimates or eliminate them > discounts should be visible on the final invoice > critical fluids (power steering, etc.) should be checked and corrected as needed More
