Joshua was great and professional while trying to explain all the issues with my truck. Dennis even provided additional info. I did not like the diagnosis, but the guys were great delivering the bad news. all the issues with my truck. Dennis even provided additional info. 20000 mile service, had an appointment made online, vehicle taken back on time, Service perosonal were professional, I thought the cost was high, I also recieved an email stating certain % off dependen vehicle taken back on time, Service perosonal were professional, I thought the cost was high, I also recieved an email stating certain % off dependent on price, I forgot and the service people didn't mention it so I lost out on 20% off. In fairness my assigned service person wasn't there when i picked up my vehicle after 5pm. More
Well first off, I pulled into the bay where they receive your vehicle to work on with 4 desks with workers at each desk in the middle. I stood there for about 2-3 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I w your vehicle to work on with 4 desks with workers at each desk in the middle. I stood there for about 2-3 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. None of them were on the phone with customers, nor had a customer at their desk. I would have been fine with a “give us one second sir and we will get right with you.” But some looked at me and just went back to what they were doing. Then when I gave my keys to the gentleman that took the truck to fix a recall, he reached in there and just started my truck right up. I have a 2500 Cummins which you all know is a diesel. Your workers are supposed to be the SME or “Subject Matter Experts” and should know the basics of Diesel engines… YOU SELL THEM!! There is a little squiggly lookin or curly cue line on the dash board that you have to wait for to turn off before you start the truck. This is BASIC knowledge of diesels. You expect me to trust you to work on my truck and are actually capable of doing great work but you don’t even know how to start the xxxx thing correctly!!! I almost chewed the guy out and said “not your truck what do you care right???” You are the dealership and you can’t even teach your workers the proper way to start the xxxx truck but have the gall to charge your customers with the prices you have. Or is that the goal, to hurry up and make things break so the customer has to come back to get it fixed? We all know that only once isn’t going to break the truck but look in your records and see if this is the first time my truck has been to your dealership and you will see that it isn’t. It happened then too. I just thought you had one worker that just forgot or something. It is a reoccurring problem with different workers letting me know you have untrained people handling my personal vehicle. This part might be a little nit-picky but I am already agitated at this point so… Then when I went to pick up my truck, the truck was parked crooked in the parking spots to where I had to tick the Peking before I could even get it out of the spot. Then I had to back into a different parking a spot because the workers that parked cars was too lazy to park a purple challenger in an actual parking spot but instead was so lazy that he parked right on top of the “NO PARKING” area because that is where the customers have to drive through just yo get out of the parking lot. Everywhere I turn and look at this dealership I see poor attitudes or laziness or under trained personnel I am expecting to trust with my truck. Maybe I should find a different Dodge Dealership to see if THEY actually know what they are doing… driving a little farther away yo another city apparently is how I find qualified workers. More
