I was traveling through Columbus, Ga & my check engine light lit up on my Big Horn truck, I stopped at the north side dealership & they said it would be 2-3 days before they could help me, even though the light lit up on my Big Horn truck, I stopped at the north side dealership & they said it would be 2-3 days before they could help me, even though they had no customers waiting. They did not attempt to help, therefore, I went to the service dept at the dealership on Victory Dr. & was helped immediately. The staff there were very helpful & remedied the issue immediately. I had purchased the truck only 1 week beforehand, so the fact that the north side dealership wasn’t helpful at all was very disappointing & showed poor customer service. I’m not sure of the name of the individual that did end up helping me on Victory Dr., but his desk was the first one you pull up to in the service dept. I’m very grateful for his help & believe he exemplifies the true meaning of customer service. More
