Auto nation to the rescue again! Needed a routine service in anticipation of my next road-trip. Then surprisingly I needed my radio/nav and control center (touch screen) replaced. Needed a routine service in anticipation of my next road-trip. Then surprisingly I needed my radio/nav and control center (touch screen) replaced. Josh my service advisor took care of everything. He kept me updated with the price and when the radio would be delivered. Just picked up the car recently and as always everything was taken care of. Now just waiting to head out on my next road-trip. The service was sub par. My usual service rep was out. I had someone who filled in for him. I had a an oil change scheduled for 830A I ask to check my tire and to order a si My usual service rep was out. I had someone who filled in for him. I had a an oil change scheduled for 830A I ask to check my tire and to order a side view mirror. 2 1/2 hrs later I had an oil change no tire fixed I was told I needed a new tire and they would order one and I would have it in two days. Never got that call. I took it to a tire shop and they repaired it and said there was no way I needed a new one. As for the mirror he told me that it was out of stock. More
