3/17/22 flew cross country to pick up Jeep bought sight unseen, took an additional week to get due to delay in paper work, flight had to be rebooked. Everyone friendly. Only one key which was not disclosed, Dale ordered 2nd key to arrive on 3/18/22 and then to be fed-ex to us in Littleton CO. today is 3/29 and still no key. I was specifically told by Richard vehicle in "immaculate condition" and reported no dents/dings/damage to vehicle. Stopped in KS to visit son and noted hood clamps chewed and rust in/on winch. Returned home on Sunday 3/20, husband (purchaser) inspected vehicle and found dents and rust on back tailgate trunk door. Very frustrated and unhappy that there were dents and rust that was not disclosed. With these damages/issues we feel the Jeep was overpriced. We would not have spent the additional money to fly cross country and drive this Jeep back had these issues been disclosed. Monday 3/21 text Richard regarding these issues along with pictures asking to please contact so we could discuss fixing this. No reply. We also purchased additional warranty. I have called a total of 13 times since Monday 3/21 and 4 texts and no one has replied or returned my calls. I am a pediatric ED/trauma nurse who works nights and called in the mornings and afternoons, when leaving verbal messages I would request a call back after 1430 MST which would be 1630 Georgia time due to the fact that I work night shift (1800-0730) and need to sleep. I and my husband are extremely frustrated and highly disappointed to say the very least. Each time I requested to speak with floor manager Dale and was told that he would be given my message(s) and promised I would get a call back and nothing! I even requested to speak with Mitch on 3/23 as Dale was off and the gentleman who answered the phone and came back to report Mitch would not speak with me because it was a Dale issue. Again no return call. My husband called and left messages on Friday 3/25 with a promise Dale would call him back and again nothing. I have asked several times to speak to whomever above Dale and would not be given this information just that they promise they would personally give Dale my message and he would get back with me. Monday 3/28 Travis with parts called to confirm address to mail ordered key. My husband called him back to confirm as well as requested to speak with manager, he was directed to speak with Mitch, Mitch not available and my husband left a message and still no reply. This is absolutely unacceptable. I haven't bought a used vehicle in 30 years and never will again, this is the 1st and last time I will buy across country. Makes me think what else was not disclosed? I do not appreciate the dishonesty and deceit. I am being purposefully be ignored and avoided. I was told this Jeep had no body damage that it was in immaculate condition. Had these issues been disclosed upfront we would not have sought to purchase, especially spending the additional funds and time it took. I am angry and frustrated that I continue to be ignored and dismissed. I truly would like to speak with someone regarding these issues. We deserve to have this resolved. More
