Totally disappointed I've bought at least 5 vehicles from this dealership and have never been this disappointed in my service, first of all I was lied to about my service contract, oil changes were sup from this dealership and have never been this disappointed in my service, first of all I was lied to about my service contract, oil changes were supposed to be already paid for up to 4, service was not on time, I was told one hour I was two and a half hours and if I had not gone over from the waiting area to check they would not have started on my vehicle, after talking to the sales manager about my contract and him taking my information, he said he would get right back to me and get answers about my service contract from my trade in and gap money, over a year now and the new contract for the 4 oil changes ,I've still not heard anything, I will not be using this service again and will be recommending to all my military friends to go elsewhere. More
The staff are all pretty good people, but I purchased a used vehicle it runs and drives great. Please avoid at all cost. So I'm still waiting for my car. I was planning on waiting until I had my car back before writing this, but I don't see that as a near future possibi So I'm still waiting for my car. So I took my 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan in because it had a check engine light on and it was making a noise. The check engine light was on for a misfire in the 2nd cylinder. They thought replacing the head would be the fix, however they couldn't show any proof that that was the cause of failure. The warranty company requested a pressure test on the head to see if that was the cause of failure, but for some reason the shop kept putting it off. They kept saying they were going to do it and never did. They claimed they couldn't couldn't find a machine shop in the area to test the head. So I called around. It took me 5 minutes and 3 phone calls to find a machine shop that would test the head. The head was fine. So they had no idea what was wrong. The warranty company was like you need to figure out what is wrong so that we can can approve the repairs. Eventually they said they THOUGHT it was the piston rings. They never gave any proof of what the actual issue was. They were guessing the whole time. At that point the shop gave an estimate for a short block. After talking it over with the adjuster we decided we didn't want that shop to continue touching the vehicle, possibly causing other issues since it was clear they had no idea what they were doing. The warranty company purchased another motor for them to replace. It was sent off and it still took about 2 or 3 weeks for them to replace the motor. I finally get a call back that they were done and I could pick it up almost 3 months to the date that I brought it in. was charged for the deductible, spark plugs, and the pressure head test which I feel like I shouldn't have been since it was them just throwing spaghetti at the wall and guessing instead of actually diagnosing. BUT I paid it. The warranty company paid almost 7 grand just to the shop. I picked it up. Drive it down the road and then I hear this weird sound. I was hoping it was just because it had been sitting and it needed to work out some kinks, but it was doing it progressively worse. They would be closed by the time I got back so I called Clinton to let him know that I would be bringing it back in. Because it sat so long the battery was dead. I had to jump it off to bring it back in the next day. So we brought it back in on 9/21/23. We called the next day (Friday) and they said they were letting it charge all night and that they would call us back with what they find with the noise. No call that day. No call Monday. I called this morning (Tuesday 9/26/23) He says he was off yesterday and that he would call me back later. Never called back. My husband called and they said they think it's the transmission. Which may have been the issue all along or they messed the transmission up during the removal/installation of the new motor. They also said that they recommend WE replace the battery. They need to be held accountable. We're not paying another dime to them. They can replace our battery for free (since it's their fault that it sat for 3 months) and then we'll find another shop. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE More
