Very great experience! Saw a used vehicle online and I knew it would meet my needs. I was already financed by my bank and Wayne, the finance guy, still checked to see if he could beat the rate and payments. Chris, my salesperson, filled me in on everything about the vehicle that I didn't know prior to my arrival. Probably the quickest and easiest vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. Mainly because of the salesperson and the finance person. Probably spent about 4 hours total from purchasing the vehicle (2 1/2 hours) to picking it up the next day. I came to AutoNation because my vehicle was overheating. I had already gone to 2 other auto shops that told me 2 other reasons my vehicle was over heating, made me pay how ever the problem still persist I had already gone to 2 other auto shops that told me 2 other reasons my vehicle was over heating, made me pay how ever the problem still persist after those two servicing my vehicle. AutoNation only took 3 days to find out the issue and get it resolved I wished I had came sooner instead of waisting money elsewhere. The staff was very friendly, respectful and professional.
