Tarnue (the best salesman I’ve encountered, bar none) was very responsive to all of my questions, which helped ease my worries, especially since this was my first out-of-state car purchase. He sent several pictures, videos, and any records on the car to ease my worries about the car. He even took time to video himself cleaning a wood trim that I was concerned about! All paperwork was completed electronically and was so much faster/easier than any other dealer I have experienced. They arranged and found reasonably priced transport, and the car arrived just as described. A few weeks later, I was pleasantly surprised at how organized they were in providing me all of the paperwork to register the car in CA, all without charging any dealer/doc fees! I have worked with many dealers in the past, including various Mercedes, Audi, Lexus, Toyota, and Honda dealers in CA, and none can compare. Definitely will be recommending them to all of my family and friends. I can’t wait to do business with them when I’m in the market again! More

Fraud and misrepresentation are the two words that come to mind in regards to Automotive Imports. After about a week of back and forth communication pictures and videos in regards to a Alfa Romeo Giulia, I to mind in regards to Automotive Imports. I traveled four hours to Denver to look and pick up the purchase. Upon arrival the car was not as represented by the sales associate. There where several scratches and dents not mentioned or disclosed. After a very dissatisfying test drive, the sales associate mentioned that it also had a radiator leak. By this point I was beyond livid. The sales associate made the lies and misrepresentation to sell the vehicle, I can only wonder what else this used car dealership would do to turn cars? I demanded my money back and left the lot, I will never be back and would advise all to stay away from Automotive Imports at all costs. The initial impression of the lot upon arrival was “chop shop”. Exceeded Expectations Cameron was a great salesman. I knew the car I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. Very fair on my trade and Cameron worked hard to get to the number I needed. Nick, the sales manager, exceeded my expectations by recognizing a large scratch and offered to re-paint the door. Not touch up. Re-paint. These folks appear to understand the lost art of customer service and provided a premium experience. I was at a BMW dealer the week before and the salesman was more worried about lease options versus listening to the customer. I would also be remiss to not mention the car nerd, Joshua, who spent an hour running through the tech features and was patient while I asked to see every setting in every menu. Cameron had all the paperwork ready to go when I got there to finalize the sale and there was never any pressure to complete this sale. Having all the service in house also helps give me peace of mind beyond the sale. More
