I can't begin to BRAG enough about the stellar level of service I received from Alfred Machado. I was in the market to purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee Alfred Machado greeted me with open arms and wanted me service I received from Alfred Machado. I was in the market to purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee Alfred Machado greeted me with open arms and wanted me to feel just like I was shopping at Ray Catena. Alfred really blew my mind when he insisted that he handle my transaction from start to finish and had some really cool surprises up his sleeves. Alfred contacted me personally on his day off he wanted me to see all the options the Jeep Grand Cherokee has to offer. Alfred invited me to island state beach park to show me how you can literally drive the Jeep on the beach he didn't want my feet dirty. And wait there's more he asked me if I liked sushi and he would call ahead to get our lunch. Al greeted me at the sushi restaurant and gave me a BIG HUG. We picked up our lunch and we headed straight to the private beach Alfred Machado has access to. Alfred demonstrated to me how to take the air out of the tires and the exact psi needed to drive the Jeep Grand Cherokee on sand. Al made sure that I was able to effectively operate my Jeep Grand Cherokee on sand. He literally pulled his Trailhawk Jeep just feet away from the shoreline. Wait if this was not enough Alfred pops the lifegate and pulls out a cooler that he packed himself with Voss water and resse peanut cups and he was not done he pulled out a portable Bose speaker with all of my favorite songs.. I thought Ray Catena really catered to their customers Alfred said he was going to top it and you know the stigma about car salesman Alfred kept true to his word. He literally rolled out the red carpet he treated me like a celebrity or royalty. My mom and my ex husband were super impressed and they will never buy from another car dealership again. My experience with Al Machado was definitely a GAME CHANGER!!! More

Offer to purchase a warranty was presented and I denied though there might be some value there if you sorted through the contract. This place has some good deals on some solid cars. They also carry mfg buy backs and cars with past issues and accidents. It's not hidden so it's your choice whether you want a repaired car with a bargain price or a clean car for a little more. I had some minor issues on my as is car. Dealer went way above and beyond to get me additional fobs and swap out an electronic module to satisfy me. Also got me a shinier spare when i squealed about the dirty used one. Thats not cheap stuff either. They didn't have to do any of that, therefore I highly recommend them, however you MuST do your homework and be fully aware of every detail on any vehicle purchased. I got a good deal and I had to clean up a few small items If I spent a bunch more I could have skipped these small tasks. Either way the experience will most likely be fair and transparent. Mine was.
