The car smelled like cigarette smoke which bothered me but Went here a few times waiting for the right car and finally found something worth buying. The car smelled like cigarette smoke which bothered me but I was promised it would be cleaned to my liking and I would pick it up the following day. Arrived the following day (note this was to be picked up on my way to work which was expressed the day before and I was promised I'd be "handed the keys and on my way") after waiting around 10 mins for the car to be pulled up I opened the car and it was less smoke smell but not so much as wiped down. I was not looking for the car to be detailed in any way simply wiped of the dead bugs on the dash, food/drink drips etc. The issue with this dealer is a lot of the blame game and the entire process was "we don't make the prices" "we aren't the bank ask them" "this is so and so's problem" and my favorite when picking up the car "I don't work in the shop I can't be responsible for everything." Ultimately I ended up waiting the 20 minutes and making myself late for work for the car to get a surface wipe down. Though the owner would not speak to me the GM explained to me that "it's so hot in the shop over 100 degrees" and again the blame was passed along- does this mean every car they sell isn't wiped down because people in the shop don't want to do it? Though the issue was "corrected" I was promised something just so that the salesman could make his sale and it should have been followed up on instead of pushed along. You can take this review what you will and I'm sure AA will argue up and down that they did what they could but at the end of the day I am unhappy and this ruined my experience here. More

This dealership is truly outstanding ! Whether you need to get yourself in a RELIABLE vehicle or even have work done to you car , this IS the place to go ! Vinny (in service management) took 100% care of m to get yourself in a RELIABLE vehicle or even have work done to you car , this IS the place to go ! Vinny (in service management) took 100% care of my car when it needed a new Rack & Pinion along with an alignment and did the job perfectly ! His customer service is outstanding and now I REFUSE to go to anywhere else to buy a car or have service done to any of my vehicles . My boyfriend even agreed that he would much rather buy a vehicle from automotive avenues than go to a new car dealership any day !!!!
