Undisclosed to me the car arrived with one key and no code for the door keypad. I used the inspection service they recommended for $300 since I'm not local and bought the car sight unseen. The inspector didn't catch the missing key fob or the nonfunctional door keypad. Ford dealer wants $350 to make a key and finding the door keypad code that's supposed to be on the missing owners card requires the dealers computer to retrieve. Once the car arrived I asked for a key to be sent to me with the title but the title arrived without the key or an explanation why not. Also, shipping missed pickup 2 times and delivery promises 3 times. More

More
