Umm, NO. The paperwork explaining the manufacturer repair just showed 'letters'. Something like 'BSC', don't remember exactly; the papers were coming at me and I just kept signing away so I can finally leave. I recently discovered that the letters must stand for 'Blind Spot Camera'. Just guessing, since that's what the manufacturer still can't fix! The SEVERAL car dealers I've seen lately were unhappy for me because of the branded title. I'm merely passing along the experience I've had. The decision to buy from this place is all yours.

Nothing could be further from the truth! When a customer purchases a Manufacturer Buyback, they sign several documents which explain the reason for the buyback, as well as what repairs were performed, if any. The reviewer was fully aware the vehicle was repurchased by the manufacturer, which she acknowledges in her review. Saying she just signed whatever was put in front of her because she was anxious to leave is dishonest. She knew exactly what she was buying because it was advertised properly, and explained to her in detail. What she's not saying is that she purchased it, intelligently, because she saved about $10,000 in doing so. As to the comment that selling a buyback is difficult, the reviewer is misinformed, and apparently taking the word of someone who is also misinformed or uneducated. While a customer trading in or selling a Manufacturer Buyback is going to receive less, they also paid less, so it absolutely balances out. In the meantime, the customer is able to purchase a newer, lower mileage vehicle, at a significant discount. For customers looking to get the most for their money, a Manufacturer Buyback is definitly the way to go. Best of all, if and when a customer decides the vehicle no longer suits their needs, we are always happy to accept it as a trade-in towards another vehicle, or purchase it outright for it's true value.
