I was super hesitant to buy a car multiple states away from a used car dealership or for that matter any dealership. I have had horrible experiences from multiple dealerships. The last car I bought from a from a used car dealership or for that matter any dealership. I have had horrible experiences from multiple dealerships. The last car I bought from a dealership couldn’t have gone worse. Very long story short car had major issues on day one of ownership which resulted in me trying to return it them refusing me refusing to take the car without at the very least a warranty me getting a warranty the nightmare dealership still needing to fix the car before I would accept it that taking months me getting car and having $24000 more worth of warranty work and 30000 miles later engine being blown! That was the dealership from xxxx! Automotive Avenues has been absolutely fantastic every step of the way. I found a great deal on a Porsche Cayenne S with 53000 for $23000 when I called to inquire about it I said the price is so fair I don’t even feel like I should try and haggle. The sales assistant said that’s great cuz we don’t haggle hear we price them as fair as possible so we don’t spend days going back and forth which was different but nice. I asked since I wouldn’t be driving to see it in person if she would face time with me and do a walk around and start it an so on she said that she recommend I get a licensed auto inspection done by a 3rd party company. She recommended one I checked out multiple the one she recommended had the best ratings and reviews so I went with them. He was able to do it the following day and got back to me later that evening and said he couldn’t find anything that was wrong or didn’t work or wouldn’t pass inspection. He test drove it took more pics measured the tire tread ect… . After talking to him I decided to move forward with the purchase. I called that night and confirmed I wanted it and was told I would hear from the shipping manager the next day. I talked with her the next day which was a Saturday and she said that she would FedEx the paperwork work out Tuesday (Monday was NYD) I got the paperwork Thursday afternoon wired the $ and Fe Ex’d the paperwork back. I got a text Monday night that the car was being picked up by shipping company Tue and delivered no later than Wed. Car arrived Wed. unfortunately no fault of Automotive Avenues they weren’t able to get temp tags due to MA making it next to impossible to insure it without title in hand so I had them ship it unregistered and Automotive Avenues Fed Ex’d me the title Thur . I got it Friday morning and put it on the road that day. Took it on a 5 hour journey today and it’s exactly how it looked in the 30 pics I saw on Automotive Avenues website and I have zero complaints. I wanna thank Nick and Debera both the sales associates that sold me the car and also thank Marissa who was extra helpful and never left me hanging on my countless phone calls texts and emails with multiple questions or concerns. She was very communicative and is really good at her job. I would definitely recommend any family or friends who are looking for a new used car to buy from Automotive Avenues fantastic every step of the way!!!!! More
