Great experience; great prices; no games. Went to see an X5 two weeks ago and Javier showed us the car, but it didn't have heated seats, so we moved on. Saw a new listing and went back today. Went to see an X5 two weeks ago and Javier showed us the car, but it didn't have heated seats, so we moved on. Saw a new listing and went back today. Javier greeted us and showed us the car (yes, it existed and no bait and switch happened). Car was as advertised and he immediately took us on a test drive. We liked it an agreed to purchase---there were no games and no hidden fees (the $289 doc fee for each sales is disclosed on the site and Javier told us about it), as long as we could get good financing terms. The finance team found a great deal for us and we had the paperwork signed and deal sealed quickly. They prepped the car and we were on the road very quickly. Thanks to Javier and the professional team--including the finance team (how often do you hear that about a car dealer finance team or salesperson?)--for making this the way all car buying experiences should be. I would buy from them again and I would recommend them---especially after weeks of dealing with low life dealers and tricks and bait and switch operations everywhere else (and unreliable personal sellers on Craigslist). More
