We found just the car we were looking for, and it was exceptionally clean and low-mileage at a fair price. The salesman we dealt with, Anthony was friendly, polite and informative. Saturdays can be very busy here, so there was a little bit of a wait for the transaction to finish, but in the end we were quite pleased by the experience. Shortly after we drove the car home, it developed a problem, one that had evidently slipped by the mechanics' inspection. The owner of Automotive Avenues, Bill Solko, handled our case personally and very graciously. Even though the defect was technically not covered by the limited warranty, he directed his mechanic to order a replacement part and install it, all free of charge. We came away from the whole experience with great respect for the way this dealer conducts his business. Highly recommended! More

Bought a 2006 Chevy Equinox I bought a 2006 Equinox from Automotive Avenues in Wall , I drove it home and check engine light came on . My son got in and the transmission wouldn't I bought a 2006 Equinox from Automotive Avenues in Wall , I drove it home and check engine light came on . My son got in and the transmission wouldn't go at first. My son called them and they had us bring it right back. By the way it was a no warranty as is purchase , but they offered to either return our full purchase price or check to see if it was fixable. We liked the vehicle and had them check it out . They completely checked it out and fixed it in 2 days . Could not have been more pleased with the quickness and courtesy we received from them. Worth it! Was worth the stress of the unknown! Im from NY about 4 hours away and found AA online and a tahoe i really liked. I contacted Mike and and he gave Was worth the stress of the unknown! On a whim i took a ride one day to see it, it wasn't there - it was in their shop being looked over. They were very apologetic, and tried to go to shop but they were closed already. I didn't tell them i was coming so i couldn't be to mad about it. Drove home and decided to give up - the price seemed to good to be true and maybe it was a sign. But it bothered me, i really wanted it (against my better judgement)... convinced myself that if it was meant to be it will be. and put in a loan application. Even if i did get approved im sure interest will be high and i can feel better passing it up. Not only did they approve me - but a phenomenal rate. Guess i can't pass it up now. Mike called me and told me the news - i said i cant be there for another two weeks. He held it for me. Drove there to pick it up and see it for first time, they asked me if im still interested after finally driving it for first time as if there was no pressure at all to be locked in. Signed papers and drove it home... Its been 2 years now and its still driving great! With cheaper prices i expected to have to put a little more money into it after getting it but surprisingly all costs have been normal wear... Very happy I went through with it. It was a super stressful 3 weeks for me buying a car I never seen or drove, worrying about EVERYTHING, but it was well worth it. More
