Great, stress free car buying experience for daughter 1st ca after a long week of exhaustingly looking for a car for my daughter we finally found this place. Very beautiful show room and there were loads of people waiting to see a dealer and lots of deals going down. They definitely have a booming business. We dealt with Nick and he was knowledgeable and very professional. And we also met the owner. It was a quick stress free car buying experience. We wish we would've found this place first. They have a huge selection of cars and make the customers feel very comfortable. Beautiful dealer ship environment and even gave all the people inside the dealership free pizza. Nick was great and we would definitely go back here if we ever needed a car in the future. The price on my daughters car was great and definitely got a great deal! More

sales man not telling me everything about car I bought a 2011 Saab 9-5 last month they sent me pictures of car I liked it a lot so I purchase without driving 500 mile to see for myself ask the sa I bought a 2011 Saab 9-5 last month they sent me pictures of car I liked it a lot so I purchase without driving 500 mile to see for myself ask the sales man Aerial how the car looked he said perfect so I took his word What he didn't tell me about the hail damage on the trunk the right front rim was damaged the carpet was coming up on the passengers side and the a/c needed Freon also the car came dirty I had it shipped enclosed it took some effort from another sales person to get my refund after 3 weeks wont say I would buy from them again but i suggest anybody checking it out first More

My car was towed there today and they are working on fixing it for me. I found the owners personal contact with an unhappy customer to be a stand up move. More

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE We went on the lot after closing time and fell in love with a truck that was not on the main lot. Mike was getting ready to go home but made time to g We went on the lot after closing time and fell in love with a truck that was not on the main lot. Mike was getting ready to go home but made time to go and grab the keys for us so we could at least hear it start up. We went home and did research and found this was the best deal around and filled out the application online. The next day after work we went in and it was like 1,2,3. EVERYONE from sales (I believe it was Nick & Mike) to finance was absolutely amazing. This is our 2nd purchase from this lot and we will be back once we are ready to trade in!!! Quickest Car Buying Experience Ever AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! My wife and I put in an online request to test drive a 2013 VW Tiguan the next day. When we arrived at Automotive Avenues, we we AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! My wife and I put in an online request to test drive a 2013 VW Tiguan the next day. When we arrived at Automotive Avenues, we were beyond impressed with the service. We dealt with Mike Rich who went above and beyond to help us get exactly what we wanted. Just 2.5 hours later, we left with the car! They made sure the car was cleaned and spotless before we drove off. We didn't think we would leave with a car that day! Quickest car buying experience ever. We've had the car for a couple weeks now, and Mike followed up with a courtesy call to see how we feel about the car and to thank us for our business. In fact, going to pick up my plates today. My wife will be needing a car soon, so we will definitely revisit Automotive Avenues. I've literally been ranting and raving to everyone about this place.
