Great Experience at Auromotive Avenues!!! I’ve been casually looking for a late model good used suv or car for a few weeks. After hearing good things from 3 separate friends about Automotive I’ve been casually looking for a late model good used suv or car for a few weeks. After hearing good things from 3 separate friends about Automotive Avenues, we decided to look at thour website and then stop in one Saturday. The place was humming with lots of activity but we put our name on the sign in sheet. Within a few minutes Anthony greeted us and immediately got us registered and the keys to the car we were interested in. We liked the car but wanted to think it over. Anthony gave us a few things to think about and some advice about when to come back to get a value on our trade. A few weeks later my husband brought our trade up during the week, Anthony was there and immediately got it evaluated. He advised us to come back when ever was good for us but to speed things up suggested entering our loan application online. Because I work in NYC, the only day I could come in was Saturday, which is often very busy at AA. We called Anthony the morning we were coming in to let him know what time we’d be up. When we arrived, both cars we were interested were up front, parked side by side waiting for us. Anthony had both sets of keys ready for us and took us out immediately. Anthony gave us good advice, zero pressure and all the help we needed. He got us monthly payment numbers on both cars with options for extended warranties so we could easily compare. We were in and out of AA in 2.5 hours, it was amazing. We had such a great experience that I had to give Anthony a huge hug before we left. Excellent, excellent service fro start to finish. We could not be happier with the experience and with our new car. More
