My quickest car purchase I liked a car and made an appointment during COVID19 pandemic. I went on 7/13, Monday morning. To my surprise, they were busy. I test drove 2 cars I liked a car and made an appointment during COVID19 pandemic. I went on 7/13, Monday morning. To my surprise, they were busy. I test drove 2 cars and chose one of them and asked for quote. They asked us to meet outside under a shelter with bunch of tables and I really liked this during pandemic. They added some dealer accessories like LoJack and inflated admin fees. After discussion, we came to an agreement and went ahead with purchase. I paid off the vehicle using cheque and credit card. Payment and Insurance Proof took some time. The paperwork was like breeze. After all the paperwork, they handed over the vehicle. They were very busy on that day and forgot to give the 2nd key. They realized after I asked and gave me the 2nd key. Also, they didn't fill the gas and I realized this after I drove 10 miles. I reported this as an issue and the owner called me and listened to the issues. He sent me the gas card and promised to take care of the issues so that others will not have these. They sent a survey link after a day. More
